Refunds & Returns
If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to assist. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the returns and refunds process.
If you receive a damaged package, claims must be made against the carrier immediately. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, the issue must be brought to our attention via email within 24 hours of receipt of the pieces.
Some of our furniture is made from solid timber. This means that items may vary in grain, colour or knots. Please do not leave water on the surface as it will leave marks.

Wipe your pieces clean with a damp cloth and do not use any harsh or alcohol-based cleaning products. Please also note that depending on your location, air humidity may age your furniture differently. In drier climates, you may notice fine cracks developing over time. While this cannot always be helped, it adds to the timeless and authentic nature of our furniture.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale or custom items.
We also cannot refund items that have been stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, misused, altered, or cleaned using incorrect methods or products.

How long will it take to complete my order?
Each item is made to order. Our current lead time is 8-10 working weeks from receipt of payment. The wait is worth it, we promise.
DO YOU DELIVER TO OUTLYING AREAS?
Yes, this usually takes up to 5 extra working days on the road freight service. The cost will be calculated when processing your order.
